    Recommended by my club pro. What I didn’t realize is how much I was not keeping my right side as solid as I needed. A week of using this training tool I’ve learned to correct that. It also has opened up some other swing issues I have. And lastly, the unique stretching exercises have opened my back up more than anything I’ve previously done. I’m a senior golfer and I highly recommend this!

    First the bad news, it’s not only expensive, the default renewal fee for the app is the yearly rate ($200) not the monthly rate ($25). Once your trail ends and you enter into a contract, you can’t get a refund. So if you only want to try this out for a few months, then you should change your account’s renewal from annual to monthly BEFORE your trial runs out.The good news is that the product is top notch. Quality hardware and software. I have a projector in my golf room, so I use the website to follow along. Nice big picture on the wall, which is much more fun that trying to follow along on my tablet. It’s like having a personal trainer in the privacy of your own home for just $25 a month. Excellent instruction. I highly recommend this product if want to consistently workout and get more strength and flexibility.

    This trainer comes with an app that gives step-by-step routines, helping flexibility and strength in hips, core, shoulders, arms. It has made my husband sore in the beginning, but constant use will help.. The product is well made, but is a bit overpriced

Buyers should be aware that in addition to the cost of the swing trainer itself, web access to various (video) exercise routines cost $199 per year. It is worth every penny, and then some.

    Can’t say enough good things about GolfForever. Been using it for a few months now with the app and it has been a real game changer. “Dad back” is long gone and for the first time since I was 16 I felt like I could play 36 holes in a day again. Workouts aren’t too difficult and get harder as you progress, but really do work. Get after it, everybody.
